PREP: Preheat oven to 350F. With coconut oil, greese a 9×9 glass baking dish.
DO: Combine dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Add eggs, butter, almond milk and mix until smooth. Spoon mixture into baking dish and level it. Bake for 30min.
SERVE: Cut into 9 portions. Serve hot with a pad of butter to the top (optional). Can be eaten cold or reheated also.
