What is Inversion Therapy?

Some rather boggling new exercise regimes have been brought up in the last few years. This huge counter revolution of health standards has surfaced these revolutionary new concepts to coincide. One of these is inversion therapy. The idea is that individuals actually do workouts upset down. This is not done for an extended period of time, but a few workout skills are accomplished upset down. This now quite famous type of table is a piece of workout equipment. Back pain is becoming an ever more distressing issue for a wider number of Americans. So this type of table has a long history, it has only recently faced some extra attention and scrutiny. Fortunately, it has bested a lot of the concerns pressed upon it. Doctors are recommending this table for people with upper back pain in particular.

There are two main types of inversion angles for people. The first is a 20 degree slight adjustment, which is good for people just starting in the process. There is also a sharp 90 degree inversion which offers a very extreme version of the traditional uses of the teeter hang table.
